- Observe and learn from experienced staff members. Receive mentorship and assistance from experienced professionals.

- Increase your communication and documentation skills. Take detailed notes and communicate with managers, supervisors, and other senior staff.
- Fulfill any requirements and meet the goals set out at the start of the traineeship.
- Follow all company regulations and health and safety codes.
- Prepare documents and update records. Develop organizational and administrative skills.
- Learn about conflict resolution and attend disciplinary hearings. Gain knowledge about management and human resource methods.
- Travel to various offices and participate in daily operations as required. Experience the variety of operations at multiple locales.
Criteria
- Experience in management or a related field such as Sales or Customer Service
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong verbal and written presentation skills
- Excellent mathematical and computational abilities
- Effective communication skills
- A degree in Management or Business is a plus
